Here at Salt & Light Bindery, what started as a hobby has led to a business hand making leather bibles for the enjoyment of many. We have determined from the outset that Salt & Light be a non-profit. All profits are given away as we see needs, both locally and internationally. 

Each leather bible is hand bound in the finest leather with new end papers added. Derived from the Smyth-sewn Crossway ESV translation which makes this very durable and long lasting.

The Obsidian leather bible edition has a rich textured embossed cover and burnt orange reverse. At 1.8-2.0mm thickness this is very hard wearing and is a regular to soft temper. This puts it at the more flexible end of our available line.
